Running non invasive cardiac services like neonatal, fetal, peadiatric and adult transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, TMT, holter, head up tilt tests. Perform more than 1000 peadiatric and adult invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures annually like angiography, angioplasty, balloon aortic/pulmonary/mitral valvotomies, ASD and PDA device closures,  cath studies, pulmonary vasodilatation tests including peripheral angiography and angioplasty, therapeutic embolization, etc. Currently running DM Cardiology training program in BPKIHS, Dharan, a tertiary care centre in Eastern Nepal.
