Information
Coldchem is the combination of paracetamol, chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine used in common cold with fever. It is ussed to relieve symptoms of common cold, nasal decongestion and running nose.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Swallow the tablet as a whole.
- Donot crush ro chew the tablet.
- Take the medication three times a day after meal or as guided by the pharmacist.
Mode of Action
Paracetamol exhibits analgesic action by pefripheral blockage of pain impulse generation and antipyretic action by inhibiting the hypothelamic heat regulating centre. Chlorpheniramine antagonizes the H1 receptors.

Contraindications
- contraindicated to known hypersensitivity reactions to any ingresients
- Containdicated in liver impairment.
- Contraindicated in hypertension.

- you can stop taking medication once you are relieved from the symptoms.
