Would you please state the MRI results? Currently, take pain killers (Tablet Naproxen 250mg 3 times a day, Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg in the morning 1 hr before meal). Continue physiotherapy exercises if taught before. Go to the hospital if pain persists/increases or if there is difficulty in urinating or defecating.
