What is the indication of alkaline phosphatase 218, SGPT 34,and SGOT 45 in blood ?is it dangerous, please let me know

ALP is elevated. Various causes include liver disease, gallbladder problems, bile duct obstruction, and bone disorders. specific cause should be find out by further investigation like other blood test, ultrasound and other test if required. please consult Dr for proper investigation and advice
