Can tmj cause permanente hearing lose în case of disc diplacement without reduction? Can The retrodiscal tisssue tear up due to permanent use&displacement and Block The external ear? Had loss of hearing for more than 4 months on The side where tmj îs worst. Had no head trauma&virus, ct scan ok doesnt show bone spur.but i feel ligament blocking The ear.Audiogram shows nerve damage & transmission problems. Could tmj cause this ???? Need advice please.
