I am having fatigue from the last 4 days with no fever, no sneeze, no cough ,no breathing problems and no body ache. Only the body is feeling weak. Should I be concerned about covid? it's been 20 days since i took the first dose of Verocel vaccine.

There may be various causes for being fatigue, less likely Covid if its the only symptoms. Be watchful and observe for the other symptoms.
