I have feel pain in right side below stomach. after check blood and urine in this result have some issues are found given below 1. H.Pylori(AB) - Positive 2. Triglyceride(TAG) - 162.70 mg/dl 3. SGPT(ALT) - 49.60 IU/L Please Suggest in which medicine used for H.Pylori(AB) ?? Thanks......
