what are symptomatic differences between anal fissure, fistula and thrombosis hemorrhoids???
Fissure is the tear in anal skin and is painful. Fistula is the connection between external skin and internal part and have some fluid or discharge comin out. Hemorroids is prolapse of sewlling venous plexus and is not painful but bleeds during passing stool. Examination of anus helps to distinguish the problem you arw having.
