I am 19 years old. And my left breast pains a lot. There are many scars and rashes around the breast too. Even I have small bumps near nipple area. Is it dangerous? Why is it so?

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
