During my recent ultrasound abdomen and pelvis (for gastritis) it shows bilateral renal cortical echo texture is raised -tiny right renal cortical cyst at mid pole measuring 2mm but both renal function and urine test is normal. still i am worried is it related to kidney disfunction? what shall i do for further treatment?

No need to worry much if your renal functions aare normal by now. You can repest USG after few months.
