It's taking me 10 seconds for pee to come out.I have no pains,no burnings in bladder or urinal areas.I wanna know if it's normal for pee to take 10 seconds to come out.

How old are you? Can do one routine urine test and culture. Sometimes may be due to infection. If possible consult with urologist.
