My son which is 16 month old had common cold before a week and after 2 days he has fever range from 99*-102*. The fever was discontinued. He has complete block on her nose. Now he has some mouth infection inside the mouth and some “bimira/foka” on his body appears. we had suggested to use two medicines Alcov and setafan plus.
