left side headache . sometimes my left side head nurve hurts . i am using my phone around 10 to 12 hours a day since i was a child . i rearly step outside my room is it because of my mobile phone using habit?

Other additional information is required to evaluate your headache like age,gender,severity,duration of headache,timing,association with nausea,vomiting ,,etc... Surely one aggravating factor for your headache could be the excess use of mobile phone
