i had piles during my pregnancy and during breastfeeding it became worse. I have unbearable pain during bowel movement and lumps around anus. I wanted to know how painful the surgery would be ☹️ does it completely goes away after surgery

Take plenty of water and fiber rich foods. If its visible outside, may need the surgery. Can contact any hospital with general surgery facility.
