I have a pain in stomach before 1 week to till now. I have checked a ultrasound but nothing found. I have a continuous pain my stomach.

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
