my six years baby 4/5 days coming fever.iam giving medicine cefixime oral suspension usp 10 ml two times .paracetamol phenylephrine HCL&Chlorpheniramine meleate syrup 10 ml 3 times .but fever is coming break and coming break 2 /3 hours .
