Hello doctor, My mother is taking blood thinner medicine after her valve transplant. Her current INR value is 2.33 and she is taking 6Mg farin tab.. 1month back it was 2.71 should i continue same dose or increase the dose. Thank u much.

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
