my wife is 25 years old and 21weeks pregnent and she is vomiting since this morning. what are the remedies to stop vomiting and is it normal or critical to vomit in these pregenecy days?

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
