For the past 7-8 months, I have been experiencing swelling in my legs when I wear socks or shoes. The swelling feels soft and sponge-like. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and weigh around 95 kg. However, when I don't wear any socks or shoes, I don't experience this problem. I would greatly appreciate your medical advice and assistance.

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
