My mother had brain stroke 6years ago causing left side paralysis I think now her left shoulder dislocated As it doesnot seem ni place So any physiotherapist who could help me to treat her???

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
