i have had pain in lower abdominal pain and now it i am feeling something hard and thread going from that place(Where i got pain) to my testies (left) so i am so tensed about it and it cause pain when i touch my left nut what might be the problem

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
