I was in my period in Baishak 12. Ra ahile samma period vaeko Chaina.. pregnancy test gareko negative aayo.. what could be the reason??

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
