I have sgot 110 and sgpt 250 by alcohol high use i concerned with dr and gave me hepact 300 for 1 month three times a day is it ok ?? And i quite alcohol and how can i reduce my sgpt levels ??

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
