I am suffering from second grade non bleeding internal piles. I follow the surgery doctor before a month ago. He advice me fiber diet and provide pylovel tablet, gel to apply for 15 days. I regularly follow it. I daily doing sitzbath twice day. I use high fiber diet but no improved. I follow a aayurbed doctor and provide me antibiotics. Is antibiotic cure piles. Please suggest me.
