Hormones such as Luteinizing hormone, prolactin, and thyroid-stimulating hormone levels are associated with premature ejaculation; however less frequent. So the common issues should be addressed first, that is stress and lifestyle related.

The Premature Ejaculation might be due to both Psychological (stress related) and Physical (obesity, lifestyle related). Premature Ejaculation is the most common sexual symptoms in men and 80 to 90% are stress related. So I suggest you to seek psychiatric consultation. Thank you.
