Iam 46 years old from Nepalgunj. I have problems in following way: No fever, difficult to walk in long Sweat comes in whole body Pain in while body especially in hands and legs Feeling of heaviness in head Begins from flu so took sinarest medicine. Light problems in under chest. Please give me suggestions.

Thank you for the question. This may be simple viral flu, upper respiratory tract infections. But now there is epidemics of dengue and scrub typhus seen with similar features. Please visit nearby health centre and get examined. Thank you!
