I used to have back pains a year back. I consulted a doctor & upon viewing x-ray of my back, he diagnosed it as Lumbar Lordosis. He suggested I take up physio therapy. But since I started physio therapy, I feel pain (tingling/numbing sensation) from left buttocks up to the foot. I have been told that this is due to pinched sciatic nerve by a general physician. Is this treatable/ curable ?

First should be clear what is the problem there. As said by Dr Rajak you can have MRI of back and confirm if there is any disk prolapse or other pathology. Visit orthopedic doctor nearby. Thanks
