i have gums bleeding problem..any home remedies or any solution???

Need to know the cause of bleeding gums. Sometimes it is due to Vitamin C deficiency. Take food rich in Vitamin c and maintain dental hygiene. If not relieved pls visit nearby dentist. Thanks
