Me 33 old male since 4 month i am having penil discharge but no pain no burning just coming little bit pus only .I have done all std test all test are negative. I have taken many antibiotics but problem is not solved .I have checked gram stain also . Report is gram negative rod seen ecoil isolated. And culture sentisive is nitrofurantoin it is taken but repeated again
I have already consult with venorologist . They told me it's not veneral disease so consult with urology.
Pus discharge from penis may be due to several other causes rather than simple urinary tract infection. It may be due to gonorrhoea or other various infection of urethra. Since you have already done culture, and taken antibiotics and still not relieved, its needs through history including sexual history, examination and treatment. Please consult with some venerologist online in our platform or in nearby hospital. Thanks.
