Hi! I want to grow beard. I do many research and they suggest use VitaminB12 for your beard growth, I want to know how much safe is VitaminB12 tablet? and how can I use it for a Beard growth?

Thabk you for your question. There is no exact and definite corelation between the beard growth and vit b12. You can try it for a month of suppliment. But long term suppliment is not suggested.
