i have a continuous pain in my left muscle and shoulder since last three days. The pain increases while sleeping. What could be the possible causes and home medicines, or other home solutions? what medicines should i eat and other solutions.

Need to examine to know what exactly it is. For now you can take pain relieving medicines like Flexon one tab three times a day or when pain is severe. If not okay, visit hospital after the lockdown is over!
