Can BNP blood test be done in out of valley like Hetauda, Chitwan? or in common lab elsewhere?

We are not sure having its branches in Hetauda. You can search for "National Reference Laboratory" and "Lal Path labs Nepal" in google and call them for their branches in Chitwan and if they collect sample for the test! Hope this helps! Thank you!

Where are the respective branches? Is it available in Hetauda and Chitwan. please ensure and jot the information down.

Its the specialized test. You can contact the respective branches of reference labs like: URL, NRL etc by having phone call with them.
