Does occasional hear fluttering/missed beat/PACs create a problem in heart? When I have such episode, I feel dizzy and it vanishes out immediately. I am 35 years old. Sudden adrenaline rush happens when I go through this. I have no any disease apart from Saitica (backache). help plz
