my child of 3 years go for urination frequently but urinate some drops only. what could be the reason behind it.

urine examination report shows Colour : L. yellow PH : Acidic Appearance : clear Albumin : Nill Sugar : Nill

It might be because of urinary tract infection. Please do a urine routine and microscopy test first. Give adequate amount of fluids. Might Need further evaluation after urine test report
