i have problem ringing in right ear . i can`t sleep without fan or tv in the background. i took appointment to the doctor but he said ear is normal and give some spray and drops for nose nasal polyps and nose bone bend .i can`t breathe left side of nose smoothly .But suddenly one day pain and swelling under the right ear happens i tried ipbrufen doctor say its normal . Nowadays i feel numbness in right ear ,cheeks and jaw some says you have Tmj disorder please i want relief .
