I have pain in sacroiliac pain in hip region for 6 years but the symptoms have worsened lately. The problem was due to continous repetitive work in abroad country. Recent mri shows moderate deneneration in Ls s1 region when in a same posture for long time. I also have pain when climbing stairs and walking. But when i sleep or lay on my back then pain goes away. Pain is in the right side. SHOULD I DO PHYSIOTHERAPY OR TAKE A REST? PLZ RESPOND.
