had my hydrocele surgery 5 days ago. but it looks as same as previous. There is no fluid inside but the swelling has not reduced. wht to do? and how long will it take?

No need to worry. The surgeon must have done a good job. There might be some collection of blood which will resolve slowly. It might take upto 6 weeks or more to completely resolve. Revisit your surgeon if there is fever, pus discharge from wound, pain or other bothering symptoms.
