Sir, I've a querry about a patient mere 5-6 years old. He was been suffering from different joints pain and the pain was not in any particular but switching between different joints of the body. It was suspected to be rheumatoid arthritis by Teaching hospital and other hospitals and respective medications were circulated. According to the recent reports his platelates count is decreasing vigorously to (8000-10000)/cubic mm. So, what could be the reason for such drastic change in the platelates count? Waiting for your response.
