It depends! The first question is : Where is Tuberculosis affecting you/your partner? Lungs? GI track? GENITOURINARY SYSTEM? or anywhere else? How long has he/she/you been taking the medications for Tuberculosis? If its lungs and Genitourinary TB and of its early days of treatment, you might be suggested to avoid intercourse or you might be asked for a prophylaxis if you've been living with him/her.
