नमस्ते हिजो बच्चा लिई १५ महिना को खोप लागको पक्षि बेलुका तिर उसको बोडी मा बिमिरा जस्तो आयो अनि चिलौना थाल्ये खोप को अलेर्जी हो कि क होला सर तस्तो .

Nothing to worry. Sometimes it is normal after vaccination. Give Niko drop 0.5 ml per oral once or if required .
