Consult your gynecologist. This looks like Bartholin gland cyst, non infected as it is painless. if the size is big enough, a biopsy might be warranted looking at your age. if not, have Sitz bath and you might need antibiotics based on the size and judgement of gynecolgist. Consult your doctor before it is full blown with pus. Regards
