4 years back i had acute appendicitis and when i had my check up in march last year report said i had no issue. But i have been suffering from left side upper abdomen pain lately. What can be the cause and what should i do for a quick solution ?

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
