My father is a previous chain smoker and has a problem in his throat with a breathing problem and ache in the throat. He has been to different doctors but got only medicine so far. He has this problem for 5 months and we don't know actually what has happened to him. He is 55 years old man. Can you please recommend a good doctor.

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
