If I ate something before arthiscopy surgery but surgery goes well.... do I need to worry.... will it harm anything in future or its just dangerous at the time of surgery only .....

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
