My son is 2 years old and he has phimosis since he was 1 year old..1week before manual retraction of skin was done by applying xylocaine cream..but again after that the foreskin is getting stucked and its not coming back.. Circumcision may be suggested I guess but how safe is it to do the procedure for a 2year old baby..I am worried as I heard that he will be anaesthesized..Is there any chances of complications during or after the procedure?
