I'm a 20M and I think I have ADHD. How do I proceed with my diagnosis? Also as amphetamines and methylphenidates are illegal in Nepal, so there is no chance for medication. So, does diagnosis makes sense in Nepal?

At what age were u diagnosed ADHD? According to ur statement"I THINK"it seems u have not met any psychiatrist... if so please meet a nearby psychiatrist 1st... thank you🙏
