hello I'm 37 yrs male. I've stone on left kidney and doctor says have to surgery. when I know have to surgery, feel fear too. once the pulse rate was 115 and BP low, feel weakness. I know it is causing anxiety. some days I could not sleep and the physician has provided clozep-0.25 and say take only if u feel uncomfortable. Ive take few tabs randomly whin I couldn't sleep and feel like better but not regularly. I've watched many videos about anxiety and do meditation with YouTube. But still could not recover from anxiety. when I have to go hospital feel so fear. still nowadays feel weakness. is here need medication for anxiety? which medicine is better for anxiety?
