I am planning to travel from Scotland to Kathmandu later in the year. I have essential thrombocthemia.it is under control with medication. If i have any issues when im there - will i be able to see a consultant relatively easily? Thanks

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
