My age is 26.There is seen of black patches in my tongue..What is the reason ? and Which Hospital should i consult ? and ENT ma ki dermatologist ma dekhauni ho?plz sugggest me

If you have black patches since childhood, it might not need treatment. If they have started recently, have you taken any antibiotics? Antibiotics can cause "Black hairy tongue" which is self healing problem. Or it could be dermatological diseases.

There are the various caares of black patches on tongue. Need to look photo t diagnose what actually it is, need to know if its painful or not and other associated symptoms.
