I had my semen and urine sample tested for having a burning sensation. The semen samples show the presence of bacteria streptococcus aureus and I have been prescribed antibiotics for 10 days. What might be the reason for such ,I am worried about my condition as I am only 21 yrs old male?

Its due to infection! Take the complete dose of antibiotics and drink plenty of water! Maintain hygiene! Thanks!
